An unexpected challenge for many new online Teachers is time management. There are times when the given lesson has too many pages or very few pages. Managing time and being well-organized is a lot tougher than it sounds.

Teachers must facilitate the class successfully while keeping an eye on the clock. To keep track of your time, we suggest you use the VC3 timer. You can find this when you start your lesson.

The button is located in the upper right part of the screen. It is in a briefcase button.

If you want to go extra in your time allotment, you can also prepare a lesson plan, it helps in guiding you achieve your teaching objectives and be organized even on the tiniest details. There are online lesson plan or schedule makers available, we also discovered Trello and this is how it looks like:

This is a created board where you can list all your classes

In every class, you can write notes and add a checklist – here you can be very detailed in your time allotment

Once you finish a class, you can move it to the “done” list to prepare for your next class
