We all have bad days. Not just us Teachers, but also our Students. This should be common knowledge and yet, there are times when we forget this and wonder why our students don’t want to participate in the class or are rude and irritable.

We also tend to forget that as teachers, a lot of our student’s actions simply mirror what we show them, how we teach our class and how we engage and interact with them. So before you ask why your students don’t interact and engage in class, ask yourself if you are engaging and having good interactions with your student.

This video, by Teacher Dale, shows several tips and tricks for interacting and engaging your students in the class. He talks about teaching tools, good questioning styles, as well as some technical aspects like balancing the talking time between teacher and student.
